Sad news indeed. HERYK seems to be full (HERTO juniors) at least this season. I made a request for another group there (as I got the email address of the group), Senior basket on Tue 17-18.30, whether they would need more players. Another option would be back to Viikki either to the monitoimitalo or to the school there.
Should we ask?

Ikäviä uutisia. Emme onnistuneet saamaan vuoroa Maunulasta klo 17-18 tiistaille syyskaudelle, sillä kaupungin vuoronjakosääntöjen mukaan tuohon kiilannut kaupungin oma liikuntavuoro meni edelle. Meille myönnettiin kaupungin mielestä lähin mahdollinen vuoro klo 16-17, mutta en hyväksynyt tätä, sillä ajankohta on käytännössä mahdoton melkein kaikille. Kysyin kaupungilta, että onko vapaita iltavuoroja missään ja he sanoivat, että tuskinpa on niin isoja halleja, jossa voisi pelata korista.

Olemme siis jälleen tilanteessa, jossa tietoa pelien jatkumisesta ei ole syksyllä. Kaikki hyvät ideat kentän löytämiseksi ovat tervetulleita.

Sad news. We didn't manage to get a shift from Maunula at 17-18 on Tuesday for the autumn season, because according to the city's shift allocation rules, the city's own sports shift went first. According to the city, we were granted the closest possible shift at 16-17, but I didn't accept this, since the time is practically impossible for almost everyone. I asked the city if there were free evening shifts anywhere and they said that there are hardly any big enough halls where you could play basketball

So we are once again in a situation where we don't know about the continuation of the games in the autumn. Any good ideas to find the place to play are welcome.
